This book provides a comprehensive review of the theory behind organic electronics development, covering most recent aspects from material to device physics. It discusses various organic materials used in different layers of OTFT, charge transport phenomenon, and analytical models of single gate in top- and bottom-contact OTFT structures. Moreover, this book discusses the impact of thickness variation of organic semiconductor and dielectric materials.
Additionally, single gate (SG), dual gate (DG), cylindrical gate (CG), and vertical channel OTFT devices are reviewed in terms of their structure, characteristics, and performance parameters.
